1:1:1 Medicine Meditation

The source sets out the practice, preparation and two ticket options clearly, including an early-arrival request for people joining live.

The session moves through sound, guided meditation, invocation, numerology and personal reflection. Live participants are asked to join 30 minutes before the meditation begins. Bring pen and paper, plus a crystal, rock or stone if you would like to use one during the practice.

The £77 live-online ticket includes the recording; a recording-only ticket is also £77. Tickets are non-refundable and sales end on 1 January 2027. The source and event language are English. “Medicine Meditation” is the organiser’s title for this sound-and-numerology practice; the source does not describe plant substances.

Toks Coker leads a live online session around the organiser’s 1:1:1 numerology theme. The practice combines crystal singing bowls, sound healing, guided meditation, invocation, card work and reflection on one practical intention for January and the year ahead.
