Forest Yoga Weekend at Repère Sauvage

One night among the trees with Gwennaëlle Mirol, four yoga practices, home-cooked vegetarian meals and time to rest near La Ville-aux-Clercs.

Why it caught our eye

Dynamic and slower practices share the weekend with unhurried time outside. Brunches and dinner around the same table give this short escape a welcoming, communal feel.

About this experience

Trade the city’s pace for a weekend beside the woods at Repère Sauvage. Gwennaëlle Mirol guides a small-group retreat that makes room for both movement and stillness, with bilingual teaching in English and French.

What you can expect

Four practices span dynamic Vinyasa yoga, quieter Yin and restorative sessions, and an afternoon workshop. Saturday opens with a circle and practice before brunch, then leaves space to nap, read or walk before the afternoon session and dinner. Sunday brings morning yoga, a final brunch and a closing circle. The order may vary, and all experience levels are welcome.
