23-Day Yin Yoga & Meditation Teacher Training in Goa
A 23-day residential 200-hour training in Yin Yoga, meditation, functional anatomy and teaching practice near Querim Beach in North Goa.
Why it caught our eye
The programme gives Yin Yoga and meditation real depth while keeping teaching practice central. Functional anatomy, sequencing and supervised practicum sit alongside philosophy, breathwork and contemplative practice.
About this experience
This residential 200-hour teacher training in North Goa brings together Yin Yoga, functional anatomy, meditation and the practical craft of teaching. Over 23 days, you study how longer-held, floor-based Yin postures work with individual anatomy, then build sequences, practise clear cueing and guide supervised sessions. Daily study also includes pranayama, yoga philosophy, mudras, mantras and reflective practice, with accommodation and vegetarian meals at EISRA Wellness Resort near Querim Beach.
What you can expect
Days follow a full training rhythm: morning asana, breakfast and self-study, Ayurveda, alignment and teaching methodology, then philosophy, pranayama, mudras, meditation or Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga uses longer-held, mostly floor-based postures and props; here it is taught through functional anatomy rather than a one-shape-fits-all ideal. The published timetable is approximate and subjects change as the course progresses.
Good to know before you go
The training is for yoga practitioners who want to deepen their Yin and meditation practice and learn to guide safe, structured classes. Some prior yoga experience is recommended, and the residential course is intensive. Twin-share accommodation costs USD 1,650; a single room costs USD 1,900. The programme, accommodation, three daily vegetarian meals, study materials and two completion certificates are included. Flights, visas, insurance, airport transfers and personal expenses are not included. The booking page states that the deposit is refundable until one day before the start and full payment until 30 days before the start; confirm the current policy before paying. The course and source material are in English.
