Begin the year at Brunnenhaus, a retreat centre tucked into a nature reserve near Cologne. Sue-Ana Kay hosts three unhurried days of somatic Vinyasa, embodied Yin, journaling, seasonal rituals and creative rest, with vegan meals and quiet time in the winter landscape.
What you can expect
Arrive on Friday from 16:00 for somatic yoga, journaling, dinner and an opening circle. Saturday combines a silent winter walk, somatic movement, brunch, creative rest, a Rauhnächte ritual and sauna. Sunday closes with a silent walk, embodied Yin, restorative yoga and an integration circle before departure around 14:00.

The retreat runs from 1 to 3 January 2027 at Brunnenhaus, In der Aue 2, 42929 Wermelskirchen. The organiser presents the retreat in German. Two nights, vegan catering, the practice programme and sauna are included. Early-flow prices are €450 in a four-bed room, €550 in a twin and €650 in a single until 15 November; prices then rise by €50 per person.
