Reclaim: Yoga Nidra & Deep Rest Retreat in California
A three-day retreat at Ratna Ling with restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra, meditation and spacious time to rest.
Why it caught our eye
The programme balances guided practice with genuine open time, so the weekend is not packed from morning to night. Yoga Nidra, restorative movement and a clear meditation lesson offer several grounded ways to explore deep rest.
About this experience
Nicole Griffin leads a quiet weekend at Ratna Ling Retreat Center for people who want to step back from a busy rhythm. Restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra, a guided practice between waking and sleep, and nervous-system-informed movement are paired with a Tibetan meditation lesson. Organic vegetarian meals, classes and a private room in a shared cottage are included.

The retreat closes after Sunday brunch and a final morning session, with farewell at noon.
