Winter Yoga, Pilates and Reflection at Rosenwaldhof
Three nights in Havelland with yoga, Pilates, breath practice, journaling and shared plant-based meals, led by Anita and a friend.
Why it caught our eye
The programme gives intention setting a practical form through movement, writing and conversation. We liked the balance of active mornings and slower evenings, with time left open between the guided sessions.
About this experience
Begin the year with movement and room to reflect at Rosenwaldhof, a retreat house beside the forests and lakes of Havelland. Anita Jori and her friend bring together alignment-focused Pilates, daily yoga and quieter restorative practice. Between sessions, there is time for a walk, a conversation over tea or your own company. The residential retreat runs from Friday to Monday as one shared stay.
What you can expect
Expect daily yoga and pranayama, meaning guided breath practice, alongside Pilates, meditation and specialised workshops. Guided journaling and a Vision & Intention workshop invite you to consider what matters for the year ahead. The Nourished Life Circle brings relaxed conversation, plant-based cooking tips and recipe sharing. Nature walks, shared meals and unhurried evenings round out the programme. Beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome; the listed group size is five to ten.
