Self-Love Retreat in Dawlish
A small weekday retreat by the Devon coast, with individual conversations, reflective activities and three nights in a private room.
Why it caught our eye
A pre-arrival questionnaire and individual conversations shape the programme around the people attending, with a maximum of four guests.
What you can expect
The weekday programme places more emphasis on activities and getting outdoors than the separate weekend retreat. Expect meditation, breathwork, creative expression and reflective conversations, with vegetarian breakfast and dinner included. The approach includes Buddhist and Hindu spiritual ideas.
Good to know before you go
Book one Monday-to-Thursday stay through the organiser’s calendar. A private room with its own bathroom costs from GBP 450 for three nights; this rate was available for 28 September–1 October. Lunch and travel are extra. Full payment is due when booking. For adults aged 18 and over; the group may occasionally consist of just you and the male facilitator. The organiser excludes acute crises and asks guests to complete a pre-arrival questionnaire. Read the cancellation terms before paying.
