Yoga and Meditation Retreat in El Brosquil

There is space between practices to spend time by the sea, while shared silence gives the stay a clear rhythm. This is a lived-in rural house, with practice on the enclosed porch and a quiet beach a short walk away.

Make room for practice in a home by the sea. Julia Aya and Shanti Namaskar welcome you to Heartful Motion, where Hatha and Yin yoga sit alongside meditation, breathing practices and conversations about yoga philosophy.

The programme combines guided and silent meditation with movement adapted to different levels. Weekly sessions may replace a yoga class with breathwork, inward-focused dance or systemic constellations, a guided exploration of relationship patterns. Special sessions depend on group size; confirm their availability with the host. The timetable is approximate and may change.

Four nights and three daily vegan-vegetarian meals are included. The five-day package costs EUR 650 in a shared room or EUR 730 in a private room; travel, transfers, bicycle hire and beach towels are extra. Cats live on the property. Silence is observed until eight in the morning and during dinner, with quiet from ten at night. Arrival check-in runs from one to three in the afternoon. The host advertises an extra day and an online integration session; confirm the exact stay when booking.
