Emerging Waves: 5Rhythms at QZ Schütze

Wolfgang Schubert, a 5Rhythms teacher in training, guides the class through Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. Music and simple invitations draw attention to different parts of the body and leave room for your own expression. Ron Hagendoorn and Mirjam van Hasselt are his training mentors. No previous experience is needed. Book or drop in on Sunday 27 September 2026, 10:30–12:30, with doors opening at 10:00. All times are local to Zürich (Europe/Zurich). This class takes place in Flex 4 on the first floor of Quartierzentrum Schütze, Heinrichstrasse 238, 8005 Zürich, Switzerland. Use the rear entrance on the park side.

Regular admission is CHF 30. The organiser also advertises CHF 25 for people on low incomes and CHF 20 for young people up to age 25; these are conditional concessions. No advance registration is required, and you can turn up for this individual class. Online, the standard Eventfrog ticket costs CHF 30 and cannot be cancelled. The optional Flex ticket costs CHF 34.95 and can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the class; the refund deducts CHF 0.52 in processing costs. Prices include taxes. Online ticket sales close at 12:30 on the event date; this is the sales closing time, not an advance registration requirement. There is a small changing area in the studio.
