What you can expect
Expect a guided 5Rhythms wave with space for your own movement. No previous experience is needed. The organiser welcomes all bodies and suggests dancing barefoot or in non-slip socks.
Good to know before you go
Doors open 30 minutes before each session. Standard price is CHF 30, with CHF 25 for low-income participants and CHF 20 for people up to age 25. Registration is not required, so you may also arrive spontaneously. A small changing room is available.

Wolfgang Schubert is a Zürich-based 5Rhythms teacher in training. He has practised since 2012 and is mentored by Ron Hagendoorn and Mirjam van Hasselt. He brings his background in music to Emerging Waves classes.
