50-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training in Heimbach
A six-day Yin Yoga teacher training in the Eifel, combining asana study, anatomy, meridian theory and teaching practice with vegetarian meals and time in nature.
Why it caught our eye
We like the balance of precise teaching skills and quiet retreat rhythm. The programme moves from the foundations of Yin Yoga into anatomy, sequencing and supervised practice, with the Eifel landscape offering a calm backdrop between sessions.
