Yoga and Reconnection Women’s Retreat in Crete
Share six days of yoga, meditation, pranayama, sound practice and Cretan exploration in a small women’s group.
Why it caught our eye
The programme is easy to picture without feeling rigid: daily contemplative practices provide a gentle thread, while excursions, journaling and time by the pool remain invitations rather than obligations.
About this experience
Spend six days on Crete with a rhythm that brings movement, quiet practice and island exploration together. Daily yoga, meditation and pranayama, the breath practices used in yoga, sit alongside a sound bath, creative workshops and unhurried time at a coastal villa.
What you can expect
Mornings begin with yoga before breakfast. Across the stay, the programme includes daily meditation and pranayama, a sound bath, creative workshops and group excursions to villages, beaches and local tavernas. There is also space for journaling, the heated pool and jacuzzi, shared dinners and time on your own.
Good to know before you go
Five nights, breakfast, snacks, dinner, drinks, daily practices and group excursions are included. Shared rooms start at USD 949 per person; a private single room is USD 1,106, and the booking deposit is USD 173. The group is limited to 5–12 guests. Flights, travel insurance, visas, unlisted meals and optional treatments are excluded; airport transfers are available as an extra.
