New Zealand Vision & Leadership Expedition
An eight-day journey for entrepreneurs and executives, pairing leadership reflection with yoga, meditation and nature immersion across Aotearoa New Zealand.
Why it caught our eye
The unusual strength here is the bridge between leadership and place: strategic questions are explored not only in workshops, but through quiet practice and changing landscapes from Rotorua to Lake Tekapo and Fiordland.
About this experience
Move between volcanic landscapes, alpine stillness and the fjords of Aotearoa New Zealand while making room to reconsider how you lead. This small-group expedition combines executive reflection with embodied and contemplative practice, guided by Hervé Franceschi and shaped around perspective, stewardship and long-term vision.
What you can expect
A typical day may begin with yoga, breathwork and a mindful walk, then move into leadership workshops, peer reflection circles and time in nature. The programme also describes meditation, journaling and an exchange with a Māori leader about kaitiakitanga, meaning guardianship and responsibility toward the land. An organiser-led full-moon vision ceremony is also listed. Seven nights of accommodation, travel within New Zealand and the inter-island transfer are included.
Good to know before you go
The listed programme price is €7,980. International flights, mandatory comprehensive travel insurance, visitor-authorisation fees, personal expenses and meals not named in the programme are excluded. Rooms are normally twin-share; a single supplement may be requested. The schedule is approximate and the organiser notes that it may change.
