9D Breathwork: Letting Go with Thomas-Christian Höver
Explore connected breathing with immersive headphone audio and spoken guidance in a live online journey with Thomas-Christian Höver.
Why it caught our eye
The sound is part of the practice rather than background music. Headphones carry the spoken guidance and layered audio while the facilitator introduces the breathing and leaves time to reflect on your experience afterwards.
About this experience
If you are curious about a more active form of breathwork, this online session offers a guided introduction to the 9D approach. Thomas-Christian Höver combines connected breathing with layered sound and spoken suggestions, using Letting Go as the theme for personal exploration. You join from a quiet space of your own, with time to settle and reflect afterwards.
What you can expect
The session opens with an introduction to connected breathing and how to adjust the intensity. Around 70 minutes of guided breathing and immersive audio follow, within a 2-hour gathering that also makes room for integration and sharing. This is an activating breathing practice, so read the organiser’s participation exclusions before booking.
