9D Breathwork: Liberation
An English-language, headphones-led breathwork session in Oberrieden, combining connected breathing, layered audio and time to settle afterwards.
Why it caught our eye
The organiser publishes a clear sequence, names the facilitator and explains both participant control and the medical screening needed for this activating format.
What you can expect
After an introduction, you settle on a mat with headphones. The journey starts with about three minutes of gentle nasal breathing, followed by roughly 40 minutes of connected mouth breathing, three breath holds and an optional invitation to vocalise. The wider session includes time to arrive and land quietly afterwards. Mats, blankets, pillows and headphones are provided. For adults looking for an immersive, physically and emotionally activating breathwork experience. No previous experience is required, but participants should be comfortable with connected breathing, intense sound and the possibility of a strong response. Review the contraindications before booking and seek medical advice if any condition may be relevant.

What this is
Bernadett Kovacs leads a two-hour group session built around the 60-minute Liberation journey. The practice moves from gentle nasal breathing into connected mouth breathing, with three breath holds and an optional vocal release, while layered audio and spoken guidance are delivered through headphones. Participants can soften the intensity at any time. This is an experiential wellbeing practice, not medical or psychological treatment.
