9D Breathwork: Unleash Your Power in Zürich
An English-language 9D Breathwork session in Zürich with connected breathing, headphones and a layered sound journey.
Why it caught our eye
The session combines connected breathing with a nine-layer sound experience and clear guidance from Bernadett Kovacs. Mats, blankets and pillows are provided, so the practical setup is straightforward once the contraindications have been reviewed.
What you can expect
Bernadett Kovacs begins by explaining the process and practising the breathing technique with the group. Participants then lie down on mats with headphones for connected rhythmic breathing accompanied by layered sound, music and guided coaching. The breathing journey lasts about one hour within the 2-hour event. Afterwards there is quiet time to return to the body, with an opportunity to ask questions or share; speaking is optional. No previous breathwork experience is required.
