A Gathering of Remembrance

Honour someone you have lost through guided reflection, sound, breathwork and shared remembrance in an online gathering.

Why it caught our eye

Remembrance sits alongside practice here: sound and breathwork are part of a gathering that leaves room for memories and different experiences of loss. The programme also includes grief resources to take beyond the session.

About this experience

Make room for a memory, a name or feelings that are hard to put into words. Presented by The House of Good Grief, this online gathering brings remembrance and ancestral honouring together with guided reflection, sound and breathwork.

What you can expect

The 90-minute Zoom gathering includes guided practices, time for remembrance and connection with others, and grief resources. The invitation extends to recent loss, an approaching anniversary or a loved one you have carried in your heart for years. The organiser says you do not need to arrive with the right words.

Good to know before you go

Participation is by donation. Complete the registration form linked on the Eventbrite page to receive important event details and have your place counted. It asks about grief experience and personal background; the organiser says some answers will inform activities and data collection. Eventbrite states no refunds.
