Evening Retreat: Staying True to Yourself
A three-evening small-group programme in Goldach for practising self-contact, clearer boundaries and choices that reflect your values.
Why it caught our eye
The three-part structure, group of no more than eight and practical mix of reflection and exercises make personal development approachable without promising a particular outcome.
About this experience
Across three guided Thursday evenings, this small-group retreat explores how to stay connected to yourself when other people’s needs or expectations feel louder than your own. The programme moves from self-contact to recognising your values and then to acting in ways that remain true to them. Each meeting combines a calm arrival, a short practical input, an exercise, group reflection and a simple anchor to take into everyday life.
What you can expect
Each evening follows a steady rhythm: arrive, settle, explore one theme, try a guided exercise, share only what you wish and choose one practical point to carry forward.
Good to know before you go
All three evenings form one programme and cannot be booked separately. The fee is CHF 310 including VAT, drinks, snacks, a notebook and materials; book by 16 November. The programme is in German, welcomes women and men, requires no previous experience and the practice is wheelchair accessible. It is personal development, not psychotherapy or crisis support.
Accessibility
Praxis BeBa is wheelchair accessible.
