Abundance & Harmony: Sound Bath in Manchester
Guided reflection, a symbolic abundance ritual and singing bowls, with your own ritual box to take home.
Why it caught our eye
The reflection has a tangible companion: a small ritual box to revisit afterwards, alongside time simply to listen.
About this experience
Healing Harmonies offers an hour to pause at Didsbury Parsonage Trust. The afternoon approaches abundance as gratitude, connection and meaningful possibilities, moving from guided reflection into a personal ritual and a closing sound bath.
What you can expect
Set intentions with a ritual box containing paper, a pen, candle, herbs and a crystal. Then listen to crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and other sound instruments. Your box is included to take home; mats, blankets, cushions and eye masks are provided.
