Aerial Acrobatics with Melisa Yulianna Sychenko

The class combines a clear technical progression with room to explore dynamic transitions, while keeping safe execution and body control central.

Melisa builds from more accessible elements towards challenging variations, linking tricks, inversions and acrobatic transitions into flowing combinations. The practice also develops strength, coordination and precise hammock control.

This intermediate workshop is for aerial practitioners with hammock experience, including aerial yoga teachers and trainees. A session costs CHF 69. Places are limited by the number of hammocks, and the organiser asks for cancellations at least three days before the event.

Guest teacher Melisa Yulianna Sychenko leads a two-hour aerial hammock masterclass focused on acrobatic technique, control and creative movement. The same workshop is offered twice, so participants choose either session.
