What you can expect
Each selected session runs for 75 minutes and begins with 10–15 minutes of grounding meditation before moving into a soundbath with crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, rain stick, wave drum and other instruments. No prior experience is required. Choose a hammock or mat ticket for the session you want.
