Aerial Yoga in Kreuzlingen
Explore yoga poses with the support of a suspended fabric hammock in a 90-minute workshop with Imke Beck.
Why it caught our eye
The hammock gives familiar poses a new point of support, making this an interesting option if you’d like to explore yoga through a different kind of movement.
What you can expect
You’ll practise yoga with the fabric supporting your body off the ground. The session explores how familiar asanas change when you work with the hammock; the organiser lists the workshop for all levels. For anyone curious about practising yoga in a hammock. The workshop is listed for all levels, so previous aerial yoga experience is not stated as a requirement.
Good to know before you go
Bring your own yoga mat and wear a T-shirt with sleeves, rather than a vest top. Remove jewellery and avoid clothing with zips. Sessions take place at Gartenstrasse 1, 8280 Kreuzlingen, Switzerland. Each session is booked separately. The current early-bird ticket is EUR 35 per session; the standard price is EUR 39. Cancellation up to 96 hours before the session carries a EUR 10 processing fee; after that, the full workshop price is due.
