Meditation & Inner WorkClass / session·Online

AKAWA Online Open Class with Tanja Kühne

A live online AKAWA energy-work session with an introduction, a music-led practice and time to reflect together.

Why it caught our eye

The organiser explains both the session structure and the home setup in unusual practical detail, making it easier to decide whether this style of guided energy work feels appropriate.

What you can expect

Expect a short introduction on Google Meet, followed by a lying-down practice with music and a closing group exchange. The music may bring up different feelings or restlessness; you are invited to notice what happens without trying to force a particular response.

Good to know before you go

Set aside about two uninterrupted hours. Use a stable internet connection, ideally wireless headphones, a yoga mat or comfortable floor support rather than a bed, and a blanket if needed. Position the camera so your upper body is visible from above or the side. The session costs CHF 35 and runs from three participants; booking closes at 19:30 Europe/Zurich on 16 November.

What this is

Tanja Kühne guides this online introduction to AKAWA, a method the organiser describes as energy work centred on stillness and allowing rather than an active Kundalini Yoga practice. After a short introduction, participants lie down, close their eyes and follow about an hour of music before the group comes back together to share experiences.
