Shaktipat Meditation Retreat in the Allgäu
A Shaktipat meditation weekend in the Allgäu with vegetarian-vegan full board, gluten-free options and seasonal sauna access.
Why it caught our eye
The weekend pairs a clearly named meditation focus with a residential pause in the Allgäu, while the booking page makes the participation options and practical steps unusually clear.
About this experience
Spirituelles Coaching hosts a residential Shaktipat meditation weekend at Seminarzentrum Sonnenstrahl in Kißlegg. Shaktipat is a spiritual practice centred on meditative transmission from a teacher. The weekend is presented as time for retreat and inner reflection, with accommodation and vegetarian-vegan full board arranged separately with the venue.
What you can expect
For the March weekend, choose either Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Sunday when booking the workshop through Eventfrog. The source does not publish a detailed session timetable, but frames the stay around Shaktipat meditation, retreat and reflection. Between November and April, guests can use the venue’s sauna. Photography and video recording are not permitted.
Good to know before you go
March workshop tickets currently cost CHF 319 for Friday to Sunday or CHF 317 for Saturday and Sunday; Eventfrog also displays EUR 350 and EUR 340 equivalents. Registration has two steps: book the workshop through the relevant Eventfrog page, then reserve a room and vegetarian-vegan, gluten-free full board directly with Seminarzentrum Sonnenstrahl. Accommodation and meals are charged separately by the venue.
