About this experience
Spirituelles Coaching hosts a six-day residential Shaktipat retreat at Seminarzentrum Sonnenstrahl in Kißlegg. Shaktipat is a spiritual practice centred on meditative transmission from a teacher. The programme combines two seminar blocks each full day with shared meals, a midday pause and an optional evening programme.
What you can expect
On the full days, breakfast is followed by seminar sessions from 10:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 18:00, with lunch and personal time between them. Dinner is followed by an optional evening programme. Sessions take place in the Amethyst room.
Good to know before you go
The workshop ticket costs CHF 985; Eventfrog also displays EUR 1,044. Accommodation and vegetarian-vegan full board, with gluten-free food available, are not included and must be booked separately with Seminarzentrum Sonnenstrahl. The venue offers seasonal sauna access through April. Photography, video and audio recording are not permitted.
