Ananda Mandala breathwork and sound in Neuchâtel
Explore rhythmic breathing, live drumming and a closing sound session with Juulia Lindeman at Yogâme.
Why it caught our eye
The session brings an active breathing practice and a quieter sound-based ending into one space, with an optional hands-on element clearly described.
About this experience
Ananda Mandala brings fast, rhythmic breathing together with attention to the seven chakras. In this session with Juulia Lindeman, a recorded track holds the breathing rhythm while live drumming, music and guidance accompany the practice. You do not need prior experience or a belief in the chakra framework to take part, provided the organiser’s health requirements are met.
What you can expect
The breathing practice is followed by an integration phase and a closing sound session. During integration, you can choose to receive Deeksha, described by the organiser as an energy practice involving hands placed on the head. The session is in French, with English translation available on request.
