Ancestral Healing Breathwork with Jordan Deer Heart

The focus is unusually specific: breath is used as a way to meet inherited patterns while leaving room for each participant’s own relationship to family and lineage.

Expect guided breathwork, reflection on inherited beliefs and emotions, and a shamanic frame for connecting with lineage. The organiser notes that the process can feel challenging at times.

The event runs online in English. The listed ticket is USD 48.46, and Eventbrite states that refunds are available until seven days before the event. Booking currently closes at 23:30 UTC on 1 November 2026. Join within your own limits and seek appropriate professional support if you have health concerns about intensive breathwork.

Jordan Deer Heart guides a two-hour online breathwork ceremony focused on inherited patterns and ancestral healing. Breath practice and shamanic journeywork are held within a live group setting.
