Anytime Anywhere Meditation: a five-week online course
Explore awareness, compassion and wisdom through guided meditation, everyday practice and weekly group sessions with Peter Hützen.
Why it caught our eye
The focus extends beyond sitting practice: movement and ordinary daily activities become places to explore awareness, with weekly guidance and space to discuss your experience.
About this experience
Meditation need not be separate from the rest of your day. This five-week online course from Tergar Meditationsgemeinschaft e.V. explores how to bring awareness into ordinary activities, movement and moments of pressure. Peter Hützen leads a course developed by Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, with an introduction to awareness, compassion and wisdom.
What you can expect
Work with guided meditations and practical ways to meditate while moving and going about everyday tasks. Weekly sessions bring together instruction, group discussion and questions, alongside videos with Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche. You will explore what meditation means, the wish for wellbeing in yourself and others, and how assumptions can colour your view of experience. The course comprises five Thursday meetings of 90 minutes and welcomes both newcomers and people with an existing practice.
Good to know before you go
