A small-group sound bath at Fou Gallery using Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, chimes and drums. The format includes singing bowls placed and gently played on the body as sound massage.

Expect a guided meditative soundscape with bowls, chimes and drums, followed by direct vibrational work using singing bowls on the body. Mats, pillows, towels, eye coverings and blankets are provided.
