Segotia
Asana Advanced at Segotia
Make room for a stronger yoga practice, with monthly masterclasses exploring arm balances, mobility and alignment.
Why it caught our eye
The monthly spacing leaves time to practise the same skills between sessions.
What you can expect
Work on preparations for Crow and Side Crow, both balances on the hands, alongside hip-opening work, breath and alignment. The series also explores splits and other demanding postures, with drills and individual guidance rather than a promise of reaching a particular pose.
Good to know before you go
Individual masterclasses cost €27, with limited drop-in places. Book through Segotia’s linked booking page. Arrive ten minutes early; the studio does not admit late arrivals. Workshop cancellations need 72 hours’ notice to avoid the full charge.
What this is
These monthly masterclasses develop advanced yoga skills through strength and flexibility work. Snehaa Midha and Kate Dagher teach the series at Segotia, with limited places available to join individual sessions.
