Introduction to the Monroe Method with Pernelle Rochat

The introductory format gives curious newcomers a concrete sense of the practice. A defined listening period is followed by space to reflect, without requiring previous experience.

Explore the Monroe Method with Pernelle Rochat in a small-group workshop at Nueva Luna Studio. The session introduces a guided listening practice using headphones, with time afterwards to reflect and share your experience if you wish.

Pernelle introduces the Monroe Institute and the session’s approach before guiding 35–45 minutes of listening to sound sequences and spoken instructions through headphones. The workshop ends with integration time and optional group sharing.

Admission is CHF 30, or CHF 25 for smaller budgets. The group runs with five to 15 participants, and no prior experience is required. Register from the organiser’s page with a Mindbody account. Card and TWINT payments are accepted, with bank transfer on request. Cancel at least 48 hours before for account credit; refunds on request.
