Mindfulness and Sophrology: Intentions for 2027
A day in Geneva with Erwan Tréguer, combining mindful movement, breathing and guided visualisation to explore your intentions for the year ahead.
Why it caught our eye
The combination of movement, meditation and visualisation gives the intention-setting theme a practical structure. Erwan Tréguer brings both mindfulness teaching and sophrology to the same day, with time for questions and shared reflection.
What you can expect
Erwan Tréguer leads the workshop. The day alternates mindfulness and sophrology. Guided movements explore releasing tension and making room for new intentions. Breathing, relaxation and visualisation sit alongside explanations and opportunities to exchange with the group. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners. No previous meditation practice is required. The organiser provides the event information and registration form in French.
