Atemwunder® Breathwork Journey in Bielefeld
A 3-hour in-person connected-breath journey with gentle movement, music, integration and optional sharing.
Why it caught our eye
The gradual arc from somatic preparation into connected breathing and unhurried integration makes the 3-hour format easier to enter without making sharing compulsory.
About this experience
Nils Hammann leads a three-hour connected-breath journey at yogawirkt in Bielefeld. Gentle movement prepares the body before guided breathwork with music, deep relaxation and quiet integration, followed by optional sharing and tea.
What you can expect
Begin with a guided arrival meditation and gentle somatic movement, then move into connected breathing with music. Deep rest, time to journal or reflect, and an optional sharing circle close the session.
Good to know before you go
The session is in German and welcomes beginners. Bring comfortable clothing, a closed water bottle and, if useful, an eye mask, notebook and pen; avoid heavy meals for about two hours beforehand. The organiser screens for health contraindications during registration. Tickets are €69, with €59 early-bird places while available. The session runs with at least four participants.
