Connected Breathwork Journey with Atemwunder® in Bielefeld
A guided in-person breathwork session with gentle movement, connected breathing, quiet integration and an optional sharing circle.
Why it caught our eye
The programme gives equal attention to the breathwork itself and the quieter time afterwards. A dedicated integration period and an optional sharing circle make room to reflect without requiring anyone to speak.
About this experience
This 4-hour session offers space to slow down and notice your breath and body. Nils Hammann leads a guided meditation, gentle movement, connected breathing with music and a quiet period to integrate the experience. The session closes with an optional sharing circle and tea. The organiser welcomes both beginners and experienced participants.
What you can expect
You begin with arrival and a guided meditation, followed by gentle movement and stretching. The main practice is connected breathing with music. Afterwards there is time to rest and integrate, with the option to write, draw or reflect. The closing sharing circle is optional, and tea is offered. This is an in-person, 4-hour guided class led by Nils Hammann.
