AUM Meditation: Extended Berlin Session
A 5-hour interactive AUM process exploring emotional expression, awareness and integration in a group setting.
Why it caught our eye
The 5-hour format gives the multi-stage AUM process room for both energetic expression and quieter integration.
About this experience
Kai Bohun leads an extended AUM Meditation process in Berlin. The format uses structured interaction, movement, emotional expression, stillness and reflection as participants explore habitual patterns and how they relate to others.
What you can expect
This is an active, interactive process rather than a seated-only meditation. The organiser describes phases involving anger, forgiveness, affirmation, movement, crying, laughter, dance, stillness and chanting.
Good to know before you go
The event is in German, for adults aged 18+, and costs from EUR 25 to EUR 50. Check-in starts at 17:30. Bring comfortable session clothing, a change of top, a towel and a sealable water bottle. The organiser describes the process as potentially intense, sweaty or painful and involving sensual and sexual energy; participants should choose with that context in mind.
