Awaken & Alchemise: A Journey Through Shadow into Light

The programme gives reflection and listening distinct places in the day, moving from guided exercises to sound and a shared close. Its named facilitators each lead a different part, so you can see how the experience unfolds before deciding to join.

Set aside a day to listen more closely to your inner world. Awaken & Alchemise brings together Crystal Johns, Hannah Johnson and Sam Lucking for meditation, reflective exercises and sound. Shadow work here means looking with curiosity at feelings and patterns you may usually put aside; inner-child exercises turn attention towards earlier experiences and needs.

Begin with a grounding meditation led by Crystal, then explore shadow work and inner-child exercises with Hannah. After a lunch break, Crystal guides belief work and manifestation through ThetaHealing, presented by the organiser as a meditative energy-healing practice. Sam leads the sound bath and Reiki session, followed by a closing check-out. These are spiritual and reflective practices; their proposed healing effects are the organiser’s beliefs.
