Awaken the Soul Within with Marie Powell and Sarah Ford

Explore two approaches to guided hypnosis with Marie Powell and Sarah Ford. Marie’s Past Life Regression invites you to notice imagery and impressions that may feel connected to another lifetime. Sarah’s Soul Empowering Hypnosis draws on ideas of inner wisdom, the higher self and spirit guides. These are offered as spiritual explorations.

The afternoon includes both guided journeys. You may notice images, feelings or thoughts, and the organisers explain that visualising pictures is not required. Both beginners and people who have tried hypnosis before are welcome.
