Ayurveda basics with Katrin Bühler in Burgdorf
An introduction to Ayurvedic constitutional types for people aged 60+, followed by a shared afternoon snack.
Why it caught our eye
A clear introduction to a traditional approach, with a named speaker, free entry and space for conversation.
What you can expect
Katrin Bühler, an Ayurveda therapist, introduces the different constitutional types used in Ayurveda. You can explore which type describes you within this traditional system and hear about its approach to everyday wellbeing. The afternoon finishes with a shared snack, including small bites to taste, and time together. Admission is free for this in-person Ayurveda afternoon on Thursday 18 March 2027, from 14:00 to 16:00 CET (UTC+1), at the Reformiertes Kirchgemeindehaus, Lyssachstrasse 2, 3400 Burgdorf, Switzerland. It forms part of the parish’s Generation 60+ programme; you do not need to attend the other afternoons.
Good to know before you go
The event is intended for women and men aged 60 and over. Entry is free, with an optional contribution towards costs. No registration is required: the organiser’s programme welcomes people to drop in. There is no registration deadline for this afternoon. The programme is published in German; expect German unless the organiser confirms otherwise. The linked parish page contains the full programme. Its December Christmas registration form concerns different events and is not needed for this Ayurveda afternoon.
