Back to the Roots: 5Rhythms Dance
A weekend of 5Rhythms dance with Christian de Sousa in Freiburg, with a separately bookable Friday evening.
Why it caught our eye
The weekend gives participants time to explore the five rhythms through sustained movement, while the open evening offers a shorter introduction.
About this experience
Christian de Sousa leads this three-day exploration of 5Rhythms. Janos Grimm organises the Freiburg event, which invites both newcomers and experienced dancers to work with freely chosen movement and the changing qualities of the rhythms.
Good to know before you go
