About this experience
Join Alejandro Notz of Fractal Gong for a morning of listening at Le Stud’IO in Les Rousses. The session moves from breath and voice into a gong bath: an immersive listening experience in which the instruments fill the room with layered sounds. You do not need previous experience.
What you can expect
Begin with paced breathing and a humming meditation, using your own voice before listening to the gongs. Then lie down as Alejandro plays, following the changing tones and intensities through to a quiet ending.
Good to know before you go
Doors open at 09:25 for the 09:30 start. The full-price ticket costs CHF 65, including VAT, even though the venue is in France. The session ends at noon.
