Be Write Hear: Somatic Meditation & IFS Journaling Circle
A free 75-minute online circle for women combining somatic meditation, IFS and journaling.
Why it caught our eye
The blend of somatic awareness, parts work and writing turns reflection into a grounded, repeatable self-care practice.
About this experience
This weekly online circle offers women a calm place to slow down, notice what they are carrying and build self-trust. The practice combines body-based meditation, Internal Family Systems parts work, intuitive writing and community reflection.
What you can expect
Cha Wilde guides somatic meditation, IFS-inspired parts work and intuitive journaling, followed by optional community witnessing, live coaching and questions.
Good to know before you go
This 29 November session is free and online, lasts 75 minutes and is for women. Sharing is always optional. The organiser allows refunds up to seven days before the event.
