Volunteer Visits with a Trained Companion or Therapy Dog in Basel
Make regular supported visits to people with dementia together with a trained dog.
Why it caught our eye
The role supports connection for people with dementia while setting clear welfare and insurance requirements for the dog.
About this experience
Sternenhof Basel welcomes volunteers and their trained companion or therapy dogs to visit residents living with dementia.
