SOUNDmeetsSilence: Bhakti Yoga and Mantras

A donation-based evening of mantra singing, silence and alternating Yoga Nidra or breath practice in Lucerne.

Why it caught our eye

Mantra singing and quieter practices sit alongside each other, offering different ways to explore the devotional side of yoga.

About this experience

Let sound and stillness share an evening. This Bhakti yoga gathering explores devotion through mantra singing, the repetition of sacred words or phrases. The programme alternates Yoga Nidra, a guided resting practice, with pranayama, yogic breath practice.

What you can expect

Arrive for tea and snacks before the guided programme begins half an hour later. Mantra singing, periods of silence and alternating rest or breath practice are led by a rotating studio team. The evening leaves time afterwards for tea and conversation; the full team is not promised at every date.

Good to know before you go

Book the individual evening you wish to attend. Participation is by donation: choose a contribution that feels right for you. Eversports allows online cancellation until 24 hours before the selected evening.
