Breathe. Move. Adapt.: Functional Breathing in Zürich
A 45-minute introduction to functional breathing through guided exploration and light movement with Emeric Rabot.
Why it caught our eye
The short recurring format connects breathing with real-life movement and pressure, with clear guidance that the session is practical rather than ceremonial.
What you can expect
Expect a guided introduction, gentle movement and observation of how breath changes with stress, focus and activity. Work within a comfortable range and pause if you feel unwell; the session is educational and does not replace individual medical advice.
Good to know before you go
The current venue is Bullingerhof, Bullingerhof 9, 8004 Zürich, but the organiser says the location may change with the weather, so recheck the Eventfrog ticket page. Base tickets are CHF 25 reduced, CHF 30 standard or CHF 45 supporter. Optional Flex tickets are CHF 28.95, CHF 34.95 or CHF 51.95 respectively; the displayed prices include VAT. Each selectable date has its own booking link.
What this is
This practical workshop treats breathing as a skill for everyday movement, focus and recovery. Emeric Rabot introduces functional breathing and the idea of air hunger through guided exploration and light movement, with tools participants can continue exploring in daily life. This is not a breathwork ceremony, and no previous experience is required.
