Breathing Elements: Air Conscious Breathwork
A small-group, music-led breathwork session in Berlin exploring the air element, with an introduction, guided practice and time to integrate.
Why it caught our eye
The session gives newcomers a clear picture of the evening: an introduction, guided breathwork, and time to integrate and share. The organizer also makes the room access and participation cautions clear before booking.
About this experience
Breathing Elements is a four-part conscious breathwork series shaped around earth, water, fire and air. This final session explores air through guided breathing and music in a small group led by Tabea.
What you can expect
The evening begins with a short introduction to conscious breathwork, followed by a guided music-led practice and time for integration and sharing. The group is limited to four people. Mats, blankets, cushions and eye covers are provided.
Good to know before you go
Meet at Guntherstraße 39 in Berlin, in an attic room on the fifth floor with no elevator. The organizer lists tickets at €20–30 and a four-session package at €60; the current Eventbrite offer totals range from €22.49 to €33.14, so check the final amount before booking. Package and sliding-scale options can be discussed with Tabea. Tickets are non-refundable. The organizer says conscious breathwork can be physically and emotionally intense and advises against participation during pregnancy, with epilepsy, serious cardiovascular disease, glaucoma, psychotic illness, or after recent surgery or injury. If unsure, ask a doctor; avoid a heavy meal for two hours beforehand.
