Breathwork ceremony with Olivia Vogel
Explore guided breathing, meditation and reflection in a small group at Studio 3-zen in Nidau.
Why it caught our eye
The introduction, journaling and closing circle give the breathing practice a clear beginning and time for reflection afterwards.
About this experience
Olivia Vogel brings a small group together for an evening centred on the breath. An opening circle and an introduction to breathwork lead into guided meditation or affirmations, followed by the breathing ceremony itself. There is time afterwards for journaling, drawing cards and sharing what you noticed, with snacks and conversation to close. You can join as a newcomer or with previous breathwork experience, provided the organiser’s participation restrictions do not apply to you.
What you can expect
An opening circle; an explanation of breathwork; guided meditation or affirmations; the breathing ceremony; journaling, card drawing and an optional space to share.
