Psychedelic Breath® with Electronic Music

This in-person session at align Hamburg uses the Psychedelic Breath® method, which the organiser describes as drawing on Tummo breathing, alongside electronic music. The 90-minute practice is designed to support focused self-exploration and may involve an intense, non-ordinary state without substances.

A guided 90-minute group breathwork practice with electronic music. Wear comfortable clothes and bring warm socks, a sweater and, if useful, an eye mask.

The session is in German and costs €35. The organiser says not to participate during pregnancy or with epilepsy, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, glaucoma or high intraocular pressure, clinical anxiety or panic attacks, psychosis, a history of stroke, or recent surgery. Ticket purchase confirms that you consider yourself healthy and fit to participate. Free cancellation is available until 24 hours before the session; later cancellations are non-refundable, including illness or unforeseen circumstances.
