Breathwork and Cacao Ceremony with Michèle Leuenberger

The evening gives the breathwork practice a thoughtful frame, with time to settle in over cacao and time to reconnect with the group afterwards.

Michèle Leuenberger guides the evening. No previous knowledge or ability is expected. It begins with a cacao ceremony and reflection questions, followed by a breathwork session with personal support and essential oils. The breath starts quietly before moving into a guided rhythm. Afterwards, the group comes together for an aperitif and a fire ritual.

The two dates are separate choices, not a course commitment. Times are local to Switzerland: Central European Time (Europe/Zurich, UTC+1). A place costs CHF 55, including tax. Tickets are personalised. Online sales for each date are shown until 23:00 on that event date. The 30 October page showed two tickets remaining when checked; the 13 November page did not show a sold-out warning. Availability can change. Bring an eye mask, or a scarf or T-shirt to use instead, comfortable clothes and a blanket. The organiser recommends having your last meal one to two hours beforehand so you do not feel overly full. The organiser says this practice is not recommended during pregnancy or for people with a heart or cardiovascular condition, epilepsy, panic attacks or schizophrenia.
