20 September, 18:30–20:00; doors 18:15. Standard tickets now cost CHF 55; the CHF 49 early-bird period has ended. A separate “Me & You” ticket for two is listed at CHF 45; check its booking conditions. Not recommended during pregnancy or with severe cardiovascular disease, stroke/aneurysm history, epilepsy, uncontrolled severe asthma, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, recent surgery/injury, severe osteoporosis, detached retina or glaucoma.
