Innere Welten: breathwork and a day in nature
Join Jael and Nico for meditation, forest reflection and a connected-breathing journey at the Kernwärts house above Lütisburg.
Why it caught our eye
Gentle breathing in the forest leads into a longer indoor breathwork journey, with time afterwards to reflect together. That movement between landscape, body and shared conversation gives this day its particular character.
About this experience
Take a day to listen to what is present in you, with breathwork, quiet reflection and time outdoors on the Winzenberg. Jael and Nico of Kernwärts bring together connected breathing, body awareness and nature-based practices in a small group.
What you can expect
Arrive with guided meditation and somatic exercises, which invite attention to bodily sensations. Outdoors, gentle breathwork, a threshold walk and intention setting make room for personal reflection. After lunch and a break, a longer connected-breathing journey takes place in the seminar room. Integration time, a council circle and a shared closing follow, with dinner and an informal ending afterwards. The organisers describe their approach as trauma-sensitive. Activities are invitations, and you remain free to shape your participation.
Good to know before you go
CHF225 includes vegetarian or vegan lunch and dinner. Tell the organisers about food intolerances when registering; a carpool group is available. The group is limited to nine. The organisers say participants need sufficient inner stability and resilience, as deep connected breathing may bring up feelings and memories. They advise against group participation during pregnancy, with cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, psychosis or a psychiatric history, recent surgery, or lung disease. Contact them if unsure about suitability. Cancellation refunds deduct CHF50 per person up to 30 days before, or CHF100 up to 15 days before; cancellation is unavailable after that.
